Report Customization

Using
Report header user can customize the Header of each Report in
MiniWare.
|

User can customize the look of the Report Header in each of the
MiniWare
Reports except the Engineering reports like Purlin Design and Column
Design. |
|
|
There are in all three
report header templates available. The user needs to select the report
header he/she wants by the '>' button given. The report header which
is open when the user clicks the 'OK' button gets selected as user
preference. |

|
User can check/uncheck the
checkboxes Company logo, Company
Name, Address1, Address2, phone, Fax
for showing/hiding these texts in the report
header. |
|
|
User can select a
particular element e.g. company Name and change its font, Size, Effects
like Bold, Italic, underline, and Shadow. |
|
|
User can also change the
position of each of the element by selecting that particular element and
changing the left and Top position of it. |
|
|
Sending Reports Through
Email |
 |
|
Send MiniWare Reports
through Email to a distant Location.
|
|
|
For an Existing Building, User can Send the Reports by email to a different
Location. |
|
|
The Send Email Form can be
Accessed through the File Menu. |
|
|
User needs to select the
reports to send from the List of Reports.
User can either select one report at a time or select all reports at
once. |
|
|
After selecting the reports
user needs to select the format in which he/she would like to send the
report. The available formats are Excel, TXT, PDF,
RTF, HTML. |
|
|
Finally user has to click
the OK button. On doing so user will
receive a new message window with the selected
reports attached to the message. User needs to enter the recipient's address, the subject and the
contents of the mail and finally click the
Send button of the New message window. |
|
|
Individual reports can also be emailed from the Report Viewer itself. |
