Project Manager

Project Manager displays the list of all the Existing Projects present in the system.

	A user can create a New Project by clicking on the New Project button in the Left Hand Side Shortcut Bar. For Opening an Existing Project, the user needs to Double click the Project or select the Project and Click OK.
	An Existing Project can be Exported to any other Location using the Export Project Button Given on the Left Hand Side Shortcut Bar. A valid MiniWare Project can be imported back into MiniWare using the Import Project button given on the Left hand Side Shortcut Bar.
	User can Delete a project if it's of no use to him, by selecting the Project and clicking the Delete Project Button on the Left hand Side Shortcut Bar. Note: Once deleted a project is permanently removed from the Hard-drive.
	The Project Cost and Weight of an Existing project can be found out using the Project Cost button given on the Left Hand Side Shortcut Bar.
	User can toggle the visibility of the Project Cost Column by checking and unchecking the View Project Cost Check Box given on the bottom right of the Project Manager.
	User can also toggle the visibility of the Project Manager form at Start Up by checking and unchecking the Show at Startup Check Box given at the Bottom Left of the Project manager.

A project is the collection of Buildings and a building consists of different revisions of the Building.

Manipulating Buildings

Building Manager displays the list of all the Existing Buildings present in the Project Currently Open.

	A user can create a New Building in an Exiting Project currently selected by him, by clicking the Add New Building Button given on the Left hand Side Shortcut Bar.
	User can revise a already processed Job by selecting a building and clicking on the Add Revision Button given on the Left hand Side Shortcut Bar.
	User can Delete a Building if it's of no use to him, by selecting the building to be deleted and clicking the Delete Building Button on the Left hand Side Shortcut Bar. Note: Once deleted a building is permanently removed from the Hard-drive.
	User can also check out the Cost Summary of an already processed building by selecting the building and clicking the Cost Summary button given on the Left Hand side Shortcut Bar.
	User can toggle the visibility of the Bldg Cost Column by checking and unchecking the View Bldg Cost Check Box given on the bottom right of the Project Manager.

Once the user selects a building and Clicks on the OK button, the actual process of the MiniWare starts.

New Project

In the New Project Screen the User needs to enter the information about the New Project

	Date Created for the New Project is generated automatically from the System date.
	The Quote Number and the Project Name are mandatory fields which can't be left empty.
	Project Site is the Site where the Project and the Buildings are to be created.
	Estimator is the name of the Estimator who is estimating the cost and weight of the Project using MiniWare Program.
	In the Owner Information the the user needs to enter the information about the Owner of the Project. Information like Name, Address, Phone No., Fax No. and Email address of the Owner needs to be entered.
	Project Description is a short description about the Project.
	In the Site Information user needs to enter the details of the Site such as the Address of the site and the Phone No. of the site.
